The Glasshouse Hotel afternoon tea is crafted all in house by our expert team of Chefs, who use their farming and foraging backgrounds to create a unqiue, seasonal and thoroughly Scottish take on this British institution.
The menu is served Wednesday to Sunday, between 1pm and 4pm in our Brasserie, which boasts stunning vistas over Calton Hill thanks to a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. Bookings can be made by both hotel guests and non-residents alike. The menu, which costs £22 per person that includes freshly prepared sandwiches and indulgent sweet treats or £26 with a glass of Prosecco.
